VIP is granted as a +perk to anyone who donates to us. This means, that in the event of a VIP abusing their rights we have every right to take the rights away. Packages cannot be transferred or changed to another account after purchase. If you use the package after purchase you cannot request a refund unless approved by a Head Admin. (Within 1 hour.) We will always be reasonable if it's a genuine mistake or multiple purchases for the same Steam64id. Chargebacks from PayPal without first talking to a Head Admin via discord will result in a permanent ban across our entire network.
